Shipping policy

We offer 2nd Class, 1st Class and Special Delivery shipping. Available options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm UK time on the same working day. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed and depends on order volumes and postal collection times. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible on the next dispatch day.

Dispatch is when we hand your order to the delivery carrier. Delivery time starts from dispatch, not from when your order is placed. Selecting Special Delivery does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
